Challenge

With so much of competition around, it’s critical for businesses to analyze competitors’ tactics and create exceptional strategies. The client was looking to fill this void with software that could aid firms in monitoring competitors' actions, tracking specifics of new product launches, and comparing newly added critical features to previous products.

The solution comprises following modules and features:

  • It offers flawless “Salesforce integration” support, allowing firms to successfully manage their company activities.

  • "Competitor profile" allows the user to build and review competitor profiles.

  • The "Create Battlecards" module generates battle cards for competing products and displays them on the same screen.

  • "News & Events" will bring up all of the most recent news and events organized by competitors and stores in the system. This information may be used to create battle cards and set for newsletters.

  • Using the "Newsletter" module, users may create newsletters from competitor news and send them to their personal email or a group of emails that can be scheduled with automation.

  • The "Web Monitoring" module enables the system to monitor changes made to a competitor's website as well as any referral website.

  • The "Financials" system will collect financial information such as quarterly budgets and annual profit and loss statements and show it in the “competitor's profile”.

  • The "Social Media" module will track any new posts and data posted by competitors on social media platforms such as Twitter.

  • "Report generation" module produces dynamic and accurate reports as per the user’s need.

  • The portal offers "Admin, Manager, Assistant, and Vendor role management." There is also a user management section where admin may manage all user roles.
